Waiting period all over?

Hi,
I live in Wisconsin and me and my husband filed for divorce on January 19, 2009.
We recently stopped the divorce proceedings and now I have to refile.
Will I have to go through another 120 day waiting period since we already went through one this year? He is emotionally and verbally abusive and drinks to much and I made the mistake of letting him talk to me and give him another chance, but I need to get out of this fast.

Yes; a hearing will not be scheduled until 120 days after the summons is processed.

Under certain exigent circumstances, the waiting period can be waived by a judge.
