Voice Mail left by mother

My husband and I are in a custody battle for his children. We have had them for the last 3 years after their mother tested positive for smoking cocaine while pregnant with their younger half sister. Now, she has somehow managed to get not only visitation, but we travel 400 miles round trip (compared to her 50 mile round trip) every other weekend for the drop-off and pick-up. She is not paying child support. We knew she was into drugs and was having an affair with 3 different men, but we could not catch her on any of it. She just dances on the law. Finally, 5 days ago, she hit our number on her cell phone while it was in her purse and we now have a 7 minute long voice mail with her speaking to friends about everything from smoking crack, to dating her boss at the hospital so she can get any pill she wants, to calling herself "an old junkie" and saying "i've done every drug there is." Can we use this in court? We have the voicemail notification e-mail from our phone company in our e-mail, we have the wav. file from the phone company that came to our e-mail and all of it is time and date stamped with her phone number.

Also, we have photo proof that she left the children with my husband's ex-wife (their former step-mother) while she (their mother) was out with friends during her weekend. This is something my husband was adament did not happen. Please help us. Please.

Why are you driving that far for her visits? Are you the one that moved? You need to see an attoreny and ask for supervised visits and drug testing.

It might be admissable in court, depends on the quality of the voicemail.

We have an attorney, and this is the deal he struck with her attorney. We have the majority drive and unfortunately, crack cocaine leaves the urinary system in 24 hrs and she has been able to clean out before each test. Random testing would be great, but it has not been introduced by our attorney. The voice mail is clear as a bell and her voice saying different things is distinguishable from the other two people. We have asked our attorney for full sole and physical custody, supervised visits, drug testing and to pull her criminal background. We ended up doing most of the leg work and getting the information and he did not even hint to the judge about the supervised visits or child support. Our financial resources are strained, to say the least. I am a student and full time worker, he works part time and is home with the kids when they are home from school. In total, we have 4 children, 2 are mine and 2 are his. When we asked for help from her just with the gas to make the 4 hour round trip twice every other week, she simply said, " I have two other kids I haveta take care of." What a joke!

Someone please tell us what we can do. Our own attorney has done nothing, NOTHING! The mother tried to get child support for children that do not even live with her, they have lived with us for almost four years and our attorney doesn't even utilize the numbers we gave him to prove this! What what what can we do?? Now we have this voice mail we see as gold and our attorney does nothing with it. The mother has a criminal history a mile long including domestic violence against her grandmother, drug charges, felony bad check charges, and our attorney does nothing! I'm so lost and fed up, we do everything right and she dances on the law like it's nothing. What can we do, I am pleading for some sort of advice.
