My husband is to have his son for Thanksgiving on odd number years. When he contacted his childs mother to set up a time on Wed night to pick him up she informed him that ihe is not to pick up child at 10 am on THanksgiving day. All of the other holidays they have always picked up the child the night before. Is there anything legally we can do

Probably not. Unless the decree is very specific on when he gets the child, then it is really unclear what time he gets the child on T-day, so 10am sounds reasonable. Wed night is not T-day.

I would have to agree with Duraine. Though she is being petty she is not completely out of line unless the agreement is very specific (as some of them are).

I agree! Mom is being petty and she could just let Dad pickj up the child Wed night (I would) but she does not have too.
