I have 9 year old twin boys. My ex-husband is the Primary even though we have joint custody. My boys were with me on the weekend I was ordered by the decree. One of my boys had football practice. Unfortunately, I had food poisoning that day. I called my ex and asked him if he wouldnt mind taking my son to practice while the other stayed home with me. He was screaming at me on the phone and came over and picked them both up. He called me a liar and he threatened to take my boys away forever unless I got help. He claimed I was on drugs and that he didn't trust me around them. He said he was going to force me to have a hair follicle drug test done immediately.
I am not a drug addict and I am more than capable of raising my children. He is a verbally abusive person with a short temper. He always threatens to take my children from me for different reasons. PLEASE HELP!!!! How can I stop this abuse? What are my rights? What should I expect to happen?
