visitation question

My wife moved out in November and wanted a divorce, we drew up our own papers and agreed to everything. Our visitation says that we ageed to be flexable due to my current job. I drive truck and my schedule does not always make the days easy to set but we did agree on vacations, holidays and other visitations. I was told to have it in the divorce papers on a flexable visitation do you need them or should I say should you have it in writing to avoid issues later on???

Unless its in a court order, mom does not have to follow it. Always put visitation agreements in the court order. Try to be as specific as possible due to your erratic schedule. "mutually agreed upon" still leaves room for her to refuse it at her convenience.
