Consumer Law, Warranties Verbally Friend?

I made a verbal agreement to take picture for a friend. Now he won't pay. He is saying things about people shouldn't do business with me.He said he would sue me. How do I get him to stop harassing me and speaking negatively online. At this point I just want not be bothered anymore. THANKS

You can't stop a person from expressing their opinion.
The easiest thing to do is ignore him.
