I received at letter in the post at an old address containing an ownership cert of a vehicle I do not own. I rang up the motor tax office and was told to contact the guards. They would not assist me with my issue and told me to contact the motor office. I have since been getting unpaid toll bills in the post to my previous address. When I received the cert I returned it immediately stating the car was not mine yet the motor tax office are insisting I contact the guards but they wont help. What can I do to resolve this issue?
