I understand the sellers concerns, as I too have been scammed by people for online sales. If you give an inch they will take a mile, concept. I have seen great small business restaurants be held hostage by negative reviews in order to just comp FREE food.
Like @adjusterjack stated, if you have a more than 90 percent or higher feedback score overall how can that not be bad? The thing about equal ability to participate is that people are people and in this environment if they can get something for FREE then you better believe they will attempt it. Good Luck with, don't think it would be anything you would sue someone over though.
