Valet parking thefts

If i give money top have my car parked and i am missing items from my car when i get back to it what grounds do i have to file against the hotel and valet service?

Start by reading their policies on such issues on ticket………..Contact them and try to work with them before thinking of further options per their policy. They usually have almost air tight policies because this is common………Try negotiating then legal recourse if possible per agreement.

What does your stub say? Generally there are disclaimers waiving any responsibility. Plus you have the burden of proving what was stolen and that it was actually in the vehicle at the time.

If items were stolen, I would consider making a report to the police ... it tends to add an air of credibility to the claim as well.
