On feb 13th of 2017 i purchased a used dump truck for 25,000 dollars . The seller assured to me that the truck was mechanically sound. I drove the truck 60 miles and the transmission seized up. What can i do.

You can repair YOUR truck or sell it.
You bought it from a private seller.
All private seller sales are sold AS IS, unless you have a written warranty.

The seller's assurance is meaningless. It was your responsibility to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase or have a mechanic do it for you.
What can you do? Get it fixed. You likely have no options regarding the seller.

You bought the vehicle used & private sale so you bought it "as is" (buyer beware). You should have had it checked out by a mechanic of your choice before buying it.
