Use of Address

My mother is in the process of divorcing a lawyer. It's still on-going for various reasons but I recently found out that according to whitepages and a few other internet public record searches, he is listed as living in my house which has never been the case. Essentially his public address is my residence. He does have a public business address and has also used my mom's address for other items including bills. I have received a few pieces of mail for him the past but didn't think much of it at the time. There have been a lot of issues of hiding assets and disputes in the form of not paying judgments but I am wondering if there would be any reason or advantage to have my house listed as his residence? If so, what and what can be done?

Not much you can do, but make sure you mom's lawyer knows what you've discovered.
It might simply be an error made by the credit bureaus.
Those whacky CBs make mistakes everyday!
