Hello,
I am the Plaintiff in a action of accounting malpractice. I am pro per. I received a request for updated discovery from the opposing counsel. Since the time of my last discovery I was able through subpoena to obtain the medical records of the Defendant. Do I need to send a copy of these to the opposing counsel. I am assuming that he should have them as he represents the defendant, however, I am wondering if that should be included in my updated discovery as I just recently obtained them.
