UPDATE and a new twist easement violation?

We went to mediation and won are case. We got our land that we wanted, that was ours anyway. Now this guy has fenced where the easement line, and that is fine with me but he has also put up not one but three fence gates across our easement so we have to open all three to get through. Now what.
 
Do you still have an easement?

Has the easement been fenced?

If so, you can take him back to court.
He can be held in contempt.
The court can order him to remove the fencing.

Would he be open to you installing an electric gate with remote on his gate?
That might be what you tell him or the judge.
Or you continue to open three gates manually!!!

I thought this easement was a public easement where anyone should have unimpeded access, like a road?
