Unsafe car

I bought a car that has a lot of issus from a car delarship. As soon as I drove it off the parking lot is that the car was on empty, you could not see out the front window very well, left hand trun signal did not work or windshield spray did not work. I was told by them because of the age of the car I had to do the repairs. I didn't want the car and I didn't sign the contract but I was told I had to take the car or they would take me to court for breaking the contract that was never sign. Is there i can do about it now. The car will not last till the end of the loan and I can not keep putting money into.

How can you own a car without signing a financing contract? Something is not right with your story...

Did you sign the contract? If so, why did you do so? I'm a little confused as to what happened here and you need to specify why the dealer made you think you could be sued for a breach of contract. How long ago did you purchase the car? Presutin is right.
