my friends finance passed away on wed, and his family has started to remove the property from thier home. What can she do? Does she have any right to the stuff in the house that he brought? What about the vehicles that were in his name? There was no will or trust set up. They were planning to marry and have been living together for over a year. Does she have any rights?

Unfortunately no, but they likely cannot just boot her out of the home if it was in his name. They will have to evict her with proper proceedings. If the vehicles were in his name then they are not hers. It does not seem like your friend has too many rights unfortanately.
