Unlawful contract and Overtime backpay in ca

I've been working for 2 years now under a 5 year contract with my employer. She is a horrible human being and she had me working from the moment I woke up to the time I went to bed, 7 days a week.She has never given me a cent of raise nor gave me overtime pay, not even once!! I want our of this contract and I heard that since she was breaking the labor law, I was gonna be able to break my contract with her. I'm also curious on if I can legally collect the backpay of my unpaid overtime for the last 2 years....help,how do I go about pursuing this?

Explain the woman's business, how many employees she has, what your duties are, how you are compensated, and post a copy of your contract, redacting any identifying information.

In that case, we need to know if it's an actual contract vs. an employment agreement or an offer letter and we very definitely need to know if the employee is exempt or non-exempt.
