I work for a long term care facility. One person owns this home and many others in the state. Our director wont let us wear printed scrubs. I know for a fact that in the other homes they wear printed scrubs. It is allowed. This is just our facility. We get no uniform allowance. Can she do this?

In general the employer can establish a dress code.
