Medical Malpractice Unethical Medical Testing

If you felt the testing was unnecessary then you should have declined it. You don't have any recourse but to have refused the test in the first place.
 
I tend not to sugar coat things. It's the truth. Don't ask the question if you don't want to hear the answer.
It is your responsibility to know what your insurance will pay for.
