As AJ said, there is nothing stopping you from filing a claim. Whether or not it will be accepted by the state is not something we can guess.

Generally, there is a one week waiting period. What is clear is you quit, they just accepted it early to avoid potential problems.

There are states where, if you quit and they accept it immediately, you can get unemployment for the notice period minus any waiting period the state may have. I just don't know if the OP's is one of them. It never hurts to apply - the worst they can say is no.

In Texas they would usually count that as you being fired, unless the employer pays you for the two weeks. But you never really know what they will decide.
