Unemployment investigation

    Im meeting with an agent today to discuss claiming unemployment compensation not due to me I was Ina financial bond and claimed unemployment while I was working and did not report any earnings or that I was working...I'm looking for Amy advice or if there's anything I shouldn't say in the meeting I realize what I did was wrong and hope to just pay the money back?

    You should not speak about this or admit to anything. You willbe required to pay the money back,if you are convicted of this. But, this is a serious felony. The felony willbe your record forever! You need a lawyer. I suggest you wait toleware your fate. You will probably be indicted criminally for this crime at a later date. The indictment will issue because of yoyr confession/admission of your misdeeds.

    Oh, you could meet,but don't admit to anything.
    Just listen, and say you needtospeak with your attorney.
    Thisis very serious. This could mean prison, not just a fine.
