Unemployment Determination Not Received

I had my hearing with the deputy by phone on April 27th, 2015. The employer was not present but had faxed info in. The deputy asked questions and I answered and the deputy stated that she was unable to give her ruling to me over the phone but I was to expect a determination in the mail in 3 to 4 days. She then repeatedly stated even though I am unable to give you my answer, it will be made TODAY (she stated this about 3 or 4 times as to make sure I got it) and that I could call the automated number and if there was money in my account then it was approved. So I waited a couple days and there was money in my unemployment account but no money had been released to me. So basically I have called and spoke to 4 different people now from unemployment office and they keep stating that the decision has not been made and to keep filing my weeks as I have been. I am now at 5 weeks owed 354.00 a week. Can anyone tell me where to go from here?????

You've been told by the proper authorities, just keep filing each week as directed, and wait.

There are many reasons as to why you haven't gotten the loot.
