Other Immigration Law UK degree if I have a visitor's visa?

Hi Everyone,
I wanted some clarifications on the immigration laws in the UK.
I will be visiting there in a few months with a visitor's visa.
If i come across some nice universities there which is offering a course that i'm interested, then can i enroll for the degree with just a visitor's visa.
