I have a approved order from the court that suspending the successor
trustee of the trust in which I am the beneficiary , ordering him to account for his actions and produce ind turn over all assets and records to a court
appointed temp. trustee.
The order is being ignored completely as if it does not exist, and the suspended trustee has sold the trust owned property after the order was
issued and will not disclose or turn over any of the info. or cash from the sale , aprox.$600k he is trying to hide the money for himself.
I have very little cash resources at this time much of which is due to the
problems created by the suspended trustee ( my brother ) . Is it possible
that someone could please "walk me through " the steps I will need to take
to file the petition for contempt and what the other things I will need to do to get the court to enforce their order upon the suspended trustee and make him either obey the order or be found in contempt of the order ?
I am aware that I am asking for alot, and I do VERY MUCH appreciate all
the time, advice and information provided to me from those that take the time to contribute to this site.
