Trademark & Copyright- Title for a documentary

I have a questions regarding my documentary's title "Ribbons in the Sky:Clarity". I have been approached by others that say I may have an issue with this title because of the Stevie Wonder song"Ribbon in the Sky" Although I do not see an issue because the names are different. Will you please let me know if I can legally use this title?

Only a court can determine if you are in violation of someone's trademark or copyright. That happens after the other party sues you.

Your best bet is to discuss the matter with a trademark or copyright attorney. There are quite a few in California.
