Is there a statue of limitation for filing? After 20 years the person realizes that something is wrong. He says they messed him up. Healthy man goes into hospital and comes home like a newborn five months later. Man worked two eight hour jobs every day.

There is a statute of limitations on most things and in most jurisdictions.

Even if there weren't, 20years would demand closure anyway, so equity would poly where a statute of limitations would not.

Methinks that either we have here a gross exaggeration or significant facts are missing. Or both.

Healthy man JUST realized he is no longer healthy. Prove the last 20 years happened and overcome the statute of limitations.
