I was injured by a slip and fall accident in February 2012, due to the obvious and admitted neglect of the maintenance of a public bathroom at a gas station/market. I had thought that I had fully recovered from my injuries, and then eight months later I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of my knee. I am presently seeking legal help before the time expires for me to make a claim. I am wondering if I have two years after the date of my fall, or would I have two years after the date that the severity of my injuries was discovered?
