My separation agreement (with my employer) says "The signed agreement should not be returned until on or after employee's termination date. My question is, when should I return signed agreement? Before the termination date, on the termination date or after the termination date?

On or after. As it clearly state's in your quote of the SA.

I assume you understand that we have no information about your situation beyond what you told us, and you told us that the "separation agreement . . . says 'The signed agreement should not be returned until on or after employee's termination date.'"

How do you figure that doesn't answer your question?
