I was divorced four years ago. In our judgement of divorce it was agreed that we would divide the pension and retirement IRA's pursuant to the formula set forth in Majuskas versus Majuskas. For some personal reasons and disputes with my former attorney, the Qdro's were never done and I never received my part. I have requested from my ex husband a copy of the statements but he keeps brushing me off with excuses. My first question is..What do I have to do to force him to give me these statements? (it was court ordered) And also if I am entitled to the amounts listed in the statements four years ago? My ex is stating that I am only entitled to the current value. I do not think that this is fair considering we made the agreement four years ago and I should be entitled to that amount. Is that correct?
