Temporary vs. Final Orders?

My divorce was finalized in Colorado last year. I have four young children and I have visitation rights but my ex-wife does not let me see them but once a year. She and her attorneys keep citing temporary orders during the divorce and stating them as rules I must still be directed by, but none of those items are in the final orders. I have no attorney because I am on a fixed income.

So my question is: Do all the items accumulate and become added to the final orders by default, or is just what the judge agreed to put in final orders all that is relavent?
