My sister and I went to the bank and had an affidavit signed and notarized stating she is giving me temporary custody of her son. She has warrants out for her right now and she is saying she is not going to turn her self in and will stay on the run. From my understanding temporary custody is only good for six months? What legal steps do i take next?
