I had to get a temporary rule 11 restraining my ex wife's husband to harass me during my 2 yr old child exchange every week. After that, my lawyer got suspended by Texas bar for some reason, possibly for some other case which I don't know. At this point, everything is normal during exchange and I don't want to get another lawyer or pursue this anymore. What happens if I don't pursue this anymore? Does the temporary rule 11 drops out of the system? And we go back to follow the decree? The temporary rule 11 restrained him and he went through co-parenting classes. At this point, I am ok for him to join the exchange as relationship improved, I believe. My intent is not to do anything. Can I do that instead of finalizing the temporary rule 11 into part of the decree as it really does not serve any benefit and it already served it's purpose? Any legal repercussion due to letting the rule 11 fall through the system by not finalizing it? I just don't want to waste any more money on this.
