I posted on here a week or so ago about not knowing where my custody stood as a mother or what paper I signed to my mother.
After much research and many phone calls what I signed was "Temporary Guardianship" over to my mother. Wish I would have read from A to Z. Getting to the point:: I know now I can go to the probate court and file for a petition to dissolve guardianship. The lady I spoke with yesterday said the only thing that would be hard about going to court was if my mother contested against it. If she didn't, it would be very easy to get my daughter back. My question is: Has anyone ever gone thru this, or know much about getting custody back from a temporary guardianship?
