In 2007 some one entered into the system that my home was rented out, no level of govenment can tell me who entered this agaist me or where it came from.
My home was not being rented in 2007, I was even trying to sell my home that year. I have contacted the city, the county and the state over the last 2 years. No one says they can fix it. I had to send a petition to the courts. The Judge denied my petition saying I did not file in a timely manner.
It was just denied because I did not file somewhere in time. The issue still remains I DID NOT rent my home out in 2007. The rental issue has not been addressed only the fact I did not file something in time.
Now it has come down to, if I do not pay the state they are going to put my home in default. I did not have the money then and I do not have it now.
I just want it fixed that I did not rent my home, it is not rental property.
What can I do? Is there anything?
