You're on a tourist visa.

You would have to first obtain a social security card to apply LEGALLY for a TIN.

You can't get a social security card as a tourist/visitor to the US.

If you don't want to be deported, AFTER being held in some lousy jail for 2 or 3 months, don't even think about it, mate.

Just quietly leave the country before you regret it.

These days our immigration laws are rigidly being enforced.
