I'm in the middle of a divorce and my wife filed taxes and forged my signature. How do I proceed?

You also need to contact your lawyer and report this to him or her.
Don't have a lawyer? Hire one, ASAP.
If what you said is TRUE, you'll find that lawyer's fee well worth it.
If forgery of your signature was involved, report it to the police.
They'll decide or direct you further.

Thank you for your replies. I have been to the IRS and gotten the paperwork for fraud. That is what my lawyer said to do Nd that they would not assist I this endeavour

Be prepared to wait for months, if not years before this is resolved. I've been told it could take anywhere from 06 to 30 months for these kinds if things to be resolved.
