Question regarding Wisconsin law/successor clauses. We forfeited our business to the bank 2 years ago. The new owners have been assessed with the debt of sales tax and workers compensation and our last 2yrs income tax returns have been intercepted and applied to this debt. Now they are going to garnish wages. To date the new owners have not paid anything toward the debt. Do we have any legal recourse?
