So I filed a summary dissolution today. We are just under 5 years. I filled out everything and the court clerk accepted my filing. However I read here that not putting "In pro per" under attorney for will get the papers to get rejected? I listed. "self-repressed". Would my filing still get rejected?

It depends on the judges (and the chief judge) sitting where you filed.

Some courts are very strict, others not so much.

It might be easy to visit the court house and find an attorney.

Ask him or her the question.

He or she practices there regularly and could probably tell you if it is (or will become) a problem.

In the meantime, I'd prepare a corrected filing.

That way you have both sides of your biscuit smothered in jam and butter.
