What type of Attorney do I need to sue Children Service? I have a very strong case against them. Judge caught caseworker in lies and took her off my case. I need help now, have been seperated from my 2 year old daughter ever since she was 4 days old. I have documents to prove she was wrongfully taken from me. Please can someone help me?

Per my reference, it's generally not that easy to sue childrens services & win. However, talk to a few family law attorneys & see if any believe you have a case/will take the case. They can review all the documents you have. Good luck to you.
