Company A is a equipment manufacture, I worked for them as the sales and process engineer, in last April, I resigned and joined Company B who is a user of Company A, in 2007, due to the poor business support from Company A, Company B terminated the purchase agreement with Company A. Last week, Company A launched a lawsuit against Company B and I, they declared that Company B hired me to steal the technology from Company A. The attorney of Company B has taken over this case. Off course I never help Company B to steal the technology, and the old employment signed with Company A has no any clause or time to limit my working in Company B. However this is the first time I was sued, I would like to know how should I do? do I need to hire a attorney also?

If you feel company B attorney is not addressing your interest well, you better get one if you can afford one. Company B's attorney is primarily concerned about the company's interest not yours, even if they claim they are.
