I need to know how to substitute myself in as the defendent of a court case. My dad was the one who originally filed the case (on my behalf) as a Self Represented respondent. I am not an attorney and I could only find the forms to substitute an attorney in. What are the steps to substitue a non-attorney in for the original defendent?

What are you trying to accomplish?

Are you the child subject of the case?
