I have come up with a situation where a tenant has subleased a condo to someone else. in the original lease it does not allow for any subleasing at all. the subtenant found our rental company who legal manages the property, to ask why no one has done anything about a moldy wall. the sub was informing the original tenant who failed to say anything to the property manager. what are our rights to remove all the tenants and can we take possession to correct the damages?
