Still no pay and a 30 day contract. Am I obligated?

I signed a contract with a modeling agency to work as a talent agent. i have not been paid any compensation and decided to tell the owner that since I have not seen any compensation that it wasn't working out. She advised me that I signed a contract stating I would give 30 day notice. She is now giving my contact information and phone numbers out to clients telling them to contact me. Can I please get some advice. Do I have to carry out 30 more days without any pay? This was a commission based job.

Of course you need not work any longer for this crook. She will never pay you.

But, why worry. Say no more to this con-artist no matter what she says to you.

She has few, if any clients anyway. Therefore, I don't think your phone will be ringing off the hook. If that worries you, change your number and don't say anymore to this crook.
