I filed for divorce in California in 2002. The respondent did not file an answer. On the petition I put that there was a Juvenile Court Case still pending for Custody and Visitation. In 2003 The Juvenile Court terminated jurisdiction and made a final Judgement of Custody and Visitation which was sent to the family court of where I filed the petition for dissolution. Because of the Juvenile Court Order and time that has gone by, can I still ask for a Request for Default since the repondent did not anwer to the petition? In the petition I asked for Joint Legal Custody, Physical Custody and Supervized Visits for my ex. The Juvenile Court ordered Joint Legal Custody, I have Physical Custody and visitation is to be arranged by the parents. Also, I receive no child support.
