I live in Michigan with my child and her father lives in California. I just recieved a FL-150 Income and Expense Declaration from California and I don't know how to complete it. I don't have any income, my husband provides for us. All of the mortgage, cars, etc are in my husband's name so I don't have any income or expenses. My question is whether or not I need to put his bills on my income and expenses since they are not in my name? Please help!!
