Hello there i hope someone can help me with some questions that i have. I can't have children and just recently got married and ihave a wonderful friend who is a nurse and is going to inseminate my husbands sperm into herself and have a baby for me. I have no doubt that will not want the baby she wants to sign over her rights to my husband at birth and me to do a step parent adopotion. My question is does she have to sign the birth certificate at time of birth since she is signing over parental rights ? can someone help me with this please....

PLEASE get an attorney to do the contract between the three of you and to handle the custody and birth paperwork. Women ROUTINELY try to change their minds about "giving up" the baby after carrying him/her for 9 months. Do the paperwork first and all will be well, if you don't all hell will break loose.
