Is there a limitation on how many years before some one files for child support. If child is now an adult and no support orders were ever filed ?

In KS, a child support action initiated within THREE years after the "child" has attained majority is supported by statute. I suspect after the "child" reaches age 21, a child support action can't be initiated.

If the child was fathered out of wedlock, paternity must also be established.
