Spousal rights on mortgaged property

I live in the state of Florida. Our home mortgage was in my husbands name, He died last Saturday. Will I be forced out of the home or can I continue to make payments?What are my spousal rights if I sell the home?

No will? Hmmm... check your state's communal property law (if applicable) and common laws (if applicable) to see how this will affect you. Also, I would consult with an attorney to see that not only your property but other items are properly taken care of from a legal aspect. Good luck to you!
