Speeding 84/65

Okay, I need some advice quickly. I received a speeding ticket 84 in a 65 zone. Yes, the SHP could have had me hand over my license on the spot, but didn't. I received a citation to appear in court. Is there a way without an attorney that I could have the offense reduced to an infraction as this is my first ticket in a seven year period and my second during my 30 years of driving. I am not wanting this to reflect in my driving history as insurance premium will increase.
