My son was arrested an he has a bond an I went to visit him in jail until I could get him out an they said he was still in booking an they was not going to bring him down for a visit is that legal ?

If that is still unsatisfactory, take it up with the sheriff.

You are allowed to visit him whenever you please. The jail has rules regarding visitation that apply to everyone. Learn them and follow them.
