I am a smoker. I rent from a company that permits smoking outside for both shoppers and renters. I am the perfect tenant but the person I report to hates smokers. He is doing things to try his best to make me leave. Harassment in various ways. I want to sue the company for this behaviour. What are my chances?

I can't see where you can sue the company for something someone is doing. What is he doing to try to make you leave - how is he harassing you? Have you reported the harassment to anyone in the company?
